I accept Paypal as it is a secure way to check out. Simply add the item to your basket and follow the instructions to checkout. If you do not have a paypal account, you can pay by credit/debit card without opening a Paypal account.


All my items are handmade to order, so please read item descriptions for an estimated dispatch time. If you are in a hurry, I am happy to 'rush' through orders where possible, but please contact me first.

All hats are sent by special delivery unless stated otherwise (larger items are sent by parcelforce 48). Jewellery will be posted by Royal Mail recorded 1st class, and usually take 1-2 working days from dispatch.

All hats are sent by Royal Mail Tracked and Signed services unless stated otherwise. These usually take 1-3 weeks from dispatch but may take longer at busy periods.


Jewellery will be posted by Royal Mail Airmail which is NOT a tracked service and usually takes 1-3 weeks (longer during busy periods). If you would like to upgrade to a tracked service, please contact me to get a quote.



Returns Policy

I really hope you love your piece as much as I love making them, but should you find the item is not what you wanted please get in touch as I am happy to provide a refund or exchange on return of the item if unworn, in the original packaging and reported within 14 days of receipt.


Exceptions to this are custom orders (at sellers discrimination) or earrings, unless faulty. Please note that postage charges are non-returnable unless the item is faulty.

Should any items get lost in transit, please do get in touch so that I can either arrange to send another item or provide a full refund. Please allow at least one week after dispatch in the UK and three weeks for the rest of the world before reporting as lost.

I want it to match my outfit - how can I tell?

Just like humans, every computer is different. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the photos give accurate portrayals of the hats, monitors do vary in the brightness and contrast settings so colours may appear slightly different from computer to computer. If you are looking to match your outfit, please ask for a free colour swatch as I am happy to send one out

How do I request a custom item?

I love designing hats and jewellery, but we all have our own style and there's nothing more confidence inspiring than when your outfit really shows off your personality. If you'd like something special designing, please contact me to discuss your requirements.

Having accessories uniquely designed for you is something special, and I hope to achieve the perfect match for your style and personality. As such, custom orders are non-returnable unless faulty.


Under the UK Hallmarking Act 1973, sterling silver jewellery over 7.78g must be hallmarked. Items under this weight are exempt, so will not carry a hallmark. For further details, see here.

Privacy Policy


I Isobel Robinson am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop, Lillibets Millinery.

When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address via my webhost, Wix and confirmed with Paypal, a secure payment method. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact form, I will receive your username and email address.

The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.

I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.

You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.

There's something really special about buying handmade. Someone has taken time over your piece and put a lot of love into it. I'm proud of my designs and to have someone you've never met, sometimes living the other side of the world, buy one of them is something really special too.
